Kim Moyer

Kim's personal quote is: "Good, better, best; never rest until your good is good and your better best." This commitment to quality shines throughout Kim's personal and professional life. He has served on the Board of Directors for Shadowfax Corporation since 1985 and as President of the Century 21 Heritage Realty Board of Directors. He is a long-time Lions Club member and served as President. He sponsors local sporting teams and recently completed his seventh year as a Junior Achievement Volunteer. Professionally, Kim offers more than thirty years experience in York, PA real estate. Twenty-eight of those years were with Century 21 Heritage Realty. Kim has received numerous awards for outstanding service and commitment to York County. He earned the Century 21® Centurion® Agent 1988-2001, Double Centurion® 2000 -2001, Grand Centurion® Team 2002-2008, Masters Hall of Fame award and Quality Service Sales Associate. However, Kim’s most prized achievement is his selection as “Best of York County” Realtor®. This honor is rewarded based on votes from members of the York Community. He recently received this award for the tenth year in a row.

Kim was born and raised in York County. He is a graduate of Red Lion Area Senior High School and York College. He has a wife and four children; a daughter who recently opened a hair salon in Red Lion; a son studying accounting and information technology in Washington, D.C; a son who enjoys martial arts and playing the guitar; and a son with a passion for hunting and cars. Kim enjoys golfing, bowling, traveling, and leisure time with family and friends.

Michael J. Wheeler

Michael joined Century 21 Heritage Realty in 1985. He loves real estate and enjoys assisting home buyers and sellers with all their real estate needs. Michael values optimism and a positive attitude as keys to success. He constantly expresses his appreciation, “I am fortunate enough to surround myself with so many wonderful people, from my co-agents, to the support staff, to my family, and friends.”

Michael graduated from Red Lion High School and attended both Penn State and York College, receiving a Finance degree in 1981. He was a former Vice President and Director of Operations with a local bank before starting his career in real estate. Michael was born in Philadelphia and lived in Buffalo, New York before relocating to York County, Pennsylvania. He and his wife currently reside in Red Lion. In his spare time, he loves to read, travel, play golf, and search eBay for rare treasures.


Marcia Hussey

Marcia enjoys helping buyers find their dream home. She has lived in Japan, Canada, Spain, Mississippi, California, Texas, Illinois, Massachusetts, Florida, and Pennsylvania. If anyone understands the stress of buying and selling real estate, it's Marcia. She wants to use her 14 years of experience as a licensed Realtor® to help you!

In her spare time, Marcia enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Her daughter married a naval officer who was recently accepted into MIT, where he will complete a Master’s Degree in mechanical engineering and naval architecture. Marcia has another daughter, who lives in the York area- her husband is the owner of York Mattress Company. Marcia is the proud grandmother of three. She enjoys walks in the country, biking, and gardening.



Cynthia Sarver

Cindy's goal is to show your home in the best light. She knows how to set-up and photograph homes to look spacious, well-lit, and tidy. She often works behind the scenes, making sure customers are happy, their listings are updated, and transactions are ready to close on time.

Cindy repeatedly transcends her self-interest to dedicate her energy to her family, work, and community. When asked what she wanted to be remembered for, beyond a mom and wife who gave it her best, she comments how rewarding it was to Chair the Windsor Wonderland Playground Committee. This group of volunteers raised money to build the Windsor Wonderland Playground in Windsor Township. As she says, “It was the most time consuming and frustrating thing I had ever done, but in the end, it was also the most rewarding! To see the looks on all those kids faces as they ran to play on the playground for the first time was…priceless!”


Teresa Myers

Teresa brings over 10 years of customer service experience, most recently three years as a local builders representative. As a wife and mother of two, Teresa has a different level of understanding when it comes to the challenges buyers and sellers face when thinking of buying, building, or selling a home. She looks forward to using her expertise for both the betterment of the team and our clients. In her spare time, Teresa enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and cooking.


Christine Shemeta

Christine used to be one of those people who anxiously awaited the real estate section in Sunday’s paper to determine what open houses to attend, even when she wasn’t planning to buy a new home. Today, she has combined her love of houses with more than 20 years of marketing communications experience to provide clients with comprehensive real estate services. A graduate of Lycoming College in Williamsport, PA, Christine has utilized her marketing skills to assist many local organizations including the York County Convention and Visitors Bureau, York Jewish Community Center, and rabbittransit. She has also worked with York Federal Savings and Loan, ECA Investment Group and the Pennsylvania Local Government Investment Trust. A married mom of two active kids, Christine is often found cheering on the sidelines of track and field events and soccer games. And, she loves attending her daughter’s violin concerts and her husband’s band’s gigs. Since moving to York from Connecticut in 1989, Christine has become active in the community volunteering her time to many school programs and the Strand Capitol Performing Arts Center.
